This page describes the personal data GS DO BRASIL processes when you browse gsdobrasil.com or request a quote. The site does not create a visitor account and takes no payment.

Quote request

The forms on a vehicle page, on the Contact page, on the BarCombi page and on the custom T1 page collect your name, email address, phone number, country and message. The vehicle, the BarCombi or the project is named with the request. This information is used to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a sale. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

The request is stored in the site administration and emailed to the GS DO BRASIL team. It is not sold, shared for marketing, or used for advertising.

Technical logs

The host keeps connection logs (IP address, date, requested page) to keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: GS DO BRASIL’s legitimate interest in protecting the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Audience measurement

If you accept it in the banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to see which pages are viewed, the type of device and the approximate origin of the visit. This measurement is not used to advertise to you, and Google’s advertising signals are switched off. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Without consent, the Google script is not loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, from the banner or the Cookies page.

Retention

A quote request is kept for the duration of the exchange, then for no more than three years from the last contact. If a sale is concluded, accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by the French Commercial Code. The cookie that stores your choice is kept for six months. Audience cookies last no more than thirteen months. Technical logs are kept for as long as security requires.

Recipients and transfers

The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, in Switzerland. The European Commission has recognised Switzerland as providing an adequate level of protection. Google Analytics may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@gsdobrasil.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: cnil.fr.
